The I Matter psychoeducational programme gives families practical learning and preventative support - starting with the adults to help you understand why and how to strengthen relationships and wellbeing at home, so family life can feel calmer and more connected.
I Matteris not a therapy or diagnosis and does not replace advice from health, mental health, or safeguarding professionals. When extra support is needed, we actively encourage families to seek appropriate professional help. Here is how it works...
Live, interactive workshop to build foundation understanding and confidence applying the I Matter framework plus Essentials of Attachment and the Community Wheel.
Structured 6–12 week learning opportunity to build a strong foundation in the I Matter framework and a relationship health approach to improving wellbeing
Longer-term learning for up to 12 months (2 × 4-month blocks), supporting families with more complex or ongoing challenges.

All supported I Matter pathways are currently accessed via invitation from a certified link professional.
